Brooke Henderson is the LOTTE Champion
Brooke Henderson of LPGA is poised for her sixth career title. American golfer Brooke Henderson has been looking for a win since January. However, she has been in excellent form this week with a total score of 69. She averaged 25 putts a round in the first part of the tournament. She has two rounds without a bogey, and has a score of 68 in the last five rounds.
Brooke Henderson has taken the lead in the LOTTE Championship's second round despite some difficult conditions. Mo Martin shot a seven under par 70. ShanshanFeng shot a seven under par 73. She is now two strokes behind Brooke Henderson. Pernilla Linberg, who is the only player to break 70, tied for 25th.

Annika Sorenstam trails Madelene Sagstrom
Annika Sorenstam has reclaimed the top spot on the LPGA Tour leaderboards after posting a 5-under 65 Thursday. Madelene Sagstrom was Madeika's captain's choice last year. Sorenstam teamed up with her fellow LPGA Tour star Madelene. After the first round, they shot a 5-under 65 to share lead. Sorenstam is playing her second LPGA Tour event of the year and third overall since 2008. Sorenstam and Sagstrom play alternate shots again Friday.
Sorenstam shot a 69 on Thursday. Sagstrom was two shots behind. Both players are still in the hunt for a win, but they are still within reach of a trophy. Sorenstam was not able to win the LPGA Tour in 2008 because of her injuries. She has, however, played at several events, including the U.S. Senior Women's Open in San Francisco and the Michelob Ultra Open in Kingsmill.
Brooke Henderson won the LPGA's second straight event
Brooke Henderson, a Canadian golfer, has won the second consecutive LPGA event. Last year, the 18-yearold had a remarkable season. She won the Women's PGA Championship in Toronto at the age of eighteen and went on to represent Canada in the 2016 Olympics. She finished seventh in Rio's women's tournament. She holds the record in LPGA Tour wins for Canadians. She will win her 10th LPGA event in April 2021. Henderson has won an LPGA event every year since her debut in 2015.
With her win in Canada, Brooke Henderson now has three LPGA Tour titles. After winning the LOTTE Championship last year, she won the Meijer Classic and the McKayson New Zealand Open in June. Her win set a Canadian record in LPGA Tour victories. She beat Lexi Thompson and Michelle Wie by two strokes. She also claimed the Bobbie Rosenfeld Award, the LPGA's highest honor.

Brooke Henderson won two LPGA events last year
Brooke Henderson was victorious in Los Angeles's second LPGA event. She shot a bogeyless 64 in the final round. After two rounds she was four shots behind the leader. But, she had improved her score to 12 under in the final round and was now one stroke ahead. Lindsey Weaver-Wright, who was just beginning her career on the tour, was on her way to her first win of the year, but Henderson's victory ended in a playoff after Henderson birdied the final hole.
The Canadian also won the LPGA tournament at Seaview. She had also won the 2016 Women's PGA Championship. The afternoon round began with Korda four strokes behind her, but she made a comeback on the second and third holes. Nos. 3 through 9 were her bogeys. 3 and 9, but then went on a tear on the back nine, making putts of up to eight feet on the final three holes.
